Voetbal en in casu STVV interesseert mij geen barst meer.
Voetbal is zo corrupt geworden dat het niet meer waart is om " sport " genoemd te worden.
Als ik bovendien de arrogantie zie waarmee de vedetten in de fitnesszaal de toestellen opeisen om er dan in of op te lummelen en op hun smartphone liggen tokkelen heb ik alle sympatie voor deze gasten verloren.
Supporter sinds 1968 nochthans.

En weinig belastingen betalen.

Since the takeover of STVV by DMM, which all supportes welcomed very much, our team has become weaker every season. All of this, despite DMM's promises to improve the team and despite enormous expenses by Mr. Pinto and Mr. Tateishi that should have allowed us to have a much better team than we currently have.

The regulations in force in the Belgian premier league make it mandatory to have at least 6 home grown players (players that played football in Belgium as youngsters). As a consequence of Mr. Pinto and Mr. Tateishi's management, we do not have six home grown players with sufficient quality to play in the Belgian premier league.

As a consequence, we have to put unqualified, Belgian "home grown players" on the pitch and on the bench, whereas at the same time, better foreign players cannot even be part of the team and cannot play.

On top of all of that, year after year, the best Belgian players are sold and Mr. Pinto and Mr. Tateishi buy young, foreign players that all occupy similar positions on the pitch, without taking into account the real needs of the team (a rightwing defender, an attacking central midfielder and a powerful center forward, among others). The Australian trainer we have right now (Mr. Muscat) moreover leaves quality players that know the Belgian league (Pol Garcia, Teixeira, etc.) out of the team. All of this makes the disaster complete and we are heading straight for relegation and STVV's managing team (Mr. Tateishi, Mr. Pinto and the trainer, Mr. Muscat) does not seem to matter. No signals are given to the fans, there is a complete lack of communication towards the Belgian fans and press and all of this can shortly turn against DMM and create a very negative environment, which will eventually lead to DMM's exit or STVV's dissapearance.

We, the fans of STVV understand that this cannot be the goal and the mission of DMM within the framework of their first experience in European football, since it would be a complete and very disgraceful failure to spend so much more money than STVV did before DMM and relegate to second division. It would be a proof of the mismanagement by DMM and would sheld doubts on their capacities to correctly manage any business in other areas of activity.

As a consequence, we kindly request you to get personally involved in this issue, send out a statement to calm the fans, appoint a manager and a coach that have experience in the Belgian league and give them powers to urgently sign the players we need and put a competitive team on the pitch. Please also appoint an assessment commitee composed of ex players that know the team and its fans, so they can give you advice on what is living among the fans (e.g. Mr. Odilon Polleunis, Mr. Wilfried Van Moer, and Mr. Erwin Coenen)
